Detail of the east end chancel window in the Roman Catholic parish church, Charleville, Co. Cork - the Church of the Holy Cross. The 3-light trefoil-headed window with trefoil tracery contains stained glass designed and manufactured by John Hardman & Company, Birmingham. The subject matter depicted is The Exaltation of the Holy Cross. The inscription within the glass records that the window was erected in 1900, having been paid for by subscriptions contributed by members of the Congregation of the Holy Cross, Charleville. (Unsigned but document by primary sources)
